Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

Sustainability

As a property investor, Vesteda has a long-term vision and strategy in which there is an important role for sustainability. For Vesteda, sustainability means more than just saving energy or reducing CO2 emissions. It is just as much about good business operations, reducing the total environmental impact, raising the quality level for users, and improving health aspects in the development and management of the properties. This is expressed in so-called environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.
Sustainability must ultimately be visible in all Vesteda's business activities and therefore forms an integral part of our mission and policy.

We aim to create sustainable housing of the highest possible quality and with as little environmental impact as possible, boosting the rental value and the property value as a whole. The maximisation of quality relates to health, comfort and the practical value of both the residences and the living environment, now and in the future. A contribution is also made to minimising problems such as the greenhouse effect and the depletion of natural resources.

Three categories

Vesteda is of the opinion that sustainability should start close to home. Through results achieved in the fields of homes and work, Vesteda is keen to inspire everyone to live and work in more sustainably.
