Vesteda targets the higher rental sector with rental prices upwards from €600 per month. Vesteda’s client base consists primarily of smaller households: people over the age of 50, single-person households and dual-income households. This target group lives primarily in inner-city locations in large as well as medium-sized municipalities. Vesteda offers them a comfortable and carefree living environment with an eye for quality details and designs. To realise this, Vesteda develops and builds modern and durable apartments and single-family homes. In addition to regular homes, Vesteda also develops special housing concepts such as serviced apartments, home-working environments and assisted living environments. This is done by its Vesteda Project bv unit.

Vesteda Project Development bv acquires and develops home building projects and outsources the construction activities to third parties. As such, it is the commissioning party. Within Vesteda, Vesteda Project Development bv is an independent company responsible for its own results.

Vesteda Project Development bv engages in various types of development activities, preferably as a partner in developing an entire area. By becoming involved from the very start of the development activities, it can have a maximum impact on the quality of a large number of homes within the setting of high-quality public spaces and related infrastructure. Finally, projects (still under development) are also acquired and completed, either according to the original plans or after the necessary modifications.
