Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

Short stay in 5 steps

For firms seeking housing for new project staff and/or expats on a regular basis, Vesteda usually draws up a framework agreement stating all (price) arrangements. In addition, it lists the houses selected by you from our supply and from which your employees may make a choice. Subsequently this skeleton agreement takes a lot of work off your hands, as your employees will go straight to Vesteda. Our service teams are familiar with the arrangements made centrally beforehand and will accompany your people to their new home. The Corporate Relations Managers keep in touch with you as the client. Findings are always discussed in depth with the various service teams on the spot.

Step 1: Making a choice

Your employer has chosen for Vesteda’s short-stay concept. You are now welcome to choose one of the available apartments. 

Step 2: Reception

As soon as the choice for a Serviced Apartment has been made, you are taken care of by Vesteda’s service team. During the introductory talk with one of the service officers the details with regard to your stay are discussed. After that you are familiarized with the building and given instructions on how to operate installations and equipment. In addition, the service officer will enquire after your specific wishes.

Step 3: Services

The members of the service team make it their business to make sure you lack nothing, and they are always ready to arrange all sorts of extra services if required. Apart from these services, you can fall back at any time on the standard services Vesteda offers to all tenants.

Step 4: Departure

When your temporary stay is almost over, our service team will make a round of the apartment with you. On the basis of an inventory they will make sure that the household furnishings are all present and in a good condition, and decide whether certain objects need to be replaced with a view to a new tenant.

Step 5: Follow-up

Vesteda seeks to establish long-term relations. We consider it important to know whether you have enjoyed your stay. For this reason a final evaluation is part of our approach. Through our service team and by means of specific checks we monitor the quality of our short stay concept carefully.
