Where 'ambassador' is referred to in these general terms and conditions, this should be interpreted as all Vesteda tenants and all residents of the district of Céramique in Maastricht. Where 'potential tenant' is referred to in the following text, this should be interpreted as an interested individual who is introduced to Vesteda by means of the registration form of the ambassadors’ programme.

Only ambassadors can participate in the programme. This is the person listed by name in the rental agreement. The programme is not available in the cases of framework agreements with companies or of tenants who help people find homes as part of their profession.
In order to be eligible for a Bongo gift voucher, the introducing person must inform Vesteda in writing of his/her ambassadorship by means of the online form, to be found on the ambassadors page on Vesteda’s corporate website (www.vesteda.com/ambassadeur).
The potential tenant who has been introduced goes through the normal administrative procedure for obtaining a rental unit. During this process, it becomes clear whether the candidate complies with the criteria applied by Vesteda. If the potential tenant is not eligible for a rental unit or makes it clear that he/she is no longer interested in a unit, Vesteda will inform the ambassador who has introduced the candidate accordingly. For reasons of privacy, Vesteda will communicate only with the candidate himself/herself regarding the reasons a rental unit is not assigned to the candidate.
The entitlement to the Bongo gift voucher becomes valid as soon as the rental contract with the potential tenant has been signed and the first rental payment has been made.

The ambassador will only receive confirmation after the rental contract has been signed by the proposed potential tenant and once the first rent payment has been made by the potential tenant. The ambassador can then choose one of the available gift options. The monthly rental price of the new contract determines the value of the Bongo gift voucher, as follows:

(*This refers to the basic rental price, not counting service/utility costs and parking.)

The ambassador will receive the Bongo gift voucher by mail and chooses from the available Bongo experiences, including reservation for the arrangement of his or her choice. The Bongo gift voucher is valid for a limited period of time, as stated on the voucher.

New potential tenants must be introduced directly to Vesteda and not via a third party.
Vesteda employees are not eligible for participation.
Vesteda reserves the right to modify or terminate the programme without notice.
Vesteda reserves the right to exclude tenants as ambassador from the programme who are behind on their rental payments.
Ambassadors may not introduce another tenant who is in the process of moving from one Vesteda unit to another.
