Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

Where can I find printed information about who does what with regard to maintenance, repairs/renovations or replacements in and around my Vesteda accommodation?

You can find information about repairs, renovations or replacements in the booklet ‘Het onderhoud van uw woning’ (only in Dutch) provided to every Vesteda tenant. If you do not have a copy, you can request one from the Vesteda Woongalerie in your region. You can also download the booklet via the Vesteda website.
