Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

What is the best way for me to submit my request for repairs to Vesteda?

You can contact us with a request for repairs on working days from 8 AM to 5 PM by telephoning our Technical Service Call Centre at 0800 - VESTEDA or 0800 - 837 83 32.
 
For emergency assistance, you can also call our Technical Service Call Centre outside office hours on the telephone number listed above.
 
For assistance not requiring urgent attention, you can also e-mail the Technical Service Call Centre using the contact form on our website. During the opening hours of the call centre (Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM), your request will be processed as quickly as possible. If necessary, we will call you back. Describe the location and nature of the problem as clearly as possible in your e-mail. If available, please supply us with several telephone numbers, so that we can contact you as quickly as possible if necessary.
