Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

Submitting an appeal

Are you in disagreement with an invoice which you have received for a rental increase, a fine relating to the cancellation of your tenancy without giving sufficient notice, a settlement for service costs or an invoice for damage resulting from changes made or for repair work, for example. You can submit an appeal to Vesteda.

After you have filled in and sent this appeal form, a PDF version will automatically be generated which you can download and print. Please print and sign the appeal form, attach a copy of the disputed invoice/necessary documents, and send it (with sufficient postage) to:
