Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

Maintenance activities

Proper home maintenance increases your quality of life. You don't have to worry about major maintenance, as Vesteda takes care of that for you. However, in most cases, you are responsible for minor maintenance activities. 

What do we do and what do you do?

Major maintenance concerns matters such as repairs to roofs, replacement of kitchen components, and outdoor paintwork. Minor maintenance activities include topping up the water in the central heating system, replacing a rubber gasket in the tap, cleaning roof gutters etc. Vesteda is responsible for all major maintenance activities, whereas you are, in principle, responsible for minor maintenance.
