Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

Tenant surveys

Vesteda is continually working to further improve its quality, efficiency and customer focus. We also monitor our clients’ satisfaction level and analyse their opinions and experiences with regard to their residential surroundings. This provides us with valuable information on how we can optimise our services and how we can further improve existing as well as new building complexes. These surveys are carried out at three differently structured points in time.

New tenants

A few weeks after you become a Vesteda tenant, you are provided with an intake survey, in which we ask you about your reasons for renting, about how you oriented yourself and came to a decision, and your experiences as a tenant.

Existing tenants

Via a random sampling process, so-called Stay surveys are carried out among clients who have been Vesteda tenants for some time. Various aspects are dealt with, including the level of satisfaction with the residence, the residential environment, and the services provided. The level of interest for new residential services is then also measured.

Departing tenants

If you end your agreement with Vesteda, you will be asked by means of the Exit survey about the reasons for your departure and for suggestions aimed at improving the product and services offered by Vesteda.
 
The results provide us with better insight into your level of satisfaction and contain crucial information for us when it comes to structuring our services, developing new and existing products and determining our operational goals.
 
It therefore goes without saying that we greatly appreciate it when our tenants take the time to complete these surveys.
