Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

Renting in five easy steps

If you are interested in a specific residence, select it and make your interest known to us by registering via this website. Doing so is free of charge and takes only about 10 minutes. We will immediately process your residential preferences and call you back within 24 hours for follow-up action. To find out how to do this step by step, read further.

Step 1 - Selecting residence(s)

Select one or more residences or projects where you would be interested in living



 Search for a residence
  • Select the menu 'Private rentals';
  • Enter the location of the area where you wish to search;
  • If you wish, enter your minimum and maximum rental price;
  • Check the 'only units immediately available!' option if you are interested only in rental units that are already available (otherwise you will also be searching through units that are expected to become available);
  • Click on 'Search'.  


View rental units on offer
  • The search results will now be displayed, with a map on the left and a list of projects found on the right. For each project, project specific information is displayed in black and information on availability in red.


Modify search results
  • You can modify your search results by using your mouse to move the map or to zoom in or out. The list of results will then automatically be modified accordingly.


Selecting a project; selection page
  • If you move your mouse over a project in the list of results, you will see two buttons lighting up: 'Select' and 'All about this project'. If you click on 'Select' the selection page will automatically open and you will see that the project has been added to your selection. From the selection page, you can proceed to step 2.


More about a project; project websites
  • Als If you move your mouse over a project in the list of results, you'll see two buttons lighting up: the green 'Select' button and the blue 'All about this project' button. If you click on 'All about this project', the project website page will automatically open, and the window will slide to the right. Here you can then find all the information you need about the project.


From project sites back to the list of results
  • On the project sites, you can see the blue 'More projects' button on the upper right. You can use this button to return to the list of results.  


Searching for another rental unit
  • You can leave the selection page by clicking on the list of results in the background. Once you have returned to the list of results, you can continue adding more projects.


Back to the selection page
  • By clicking on the 'your selection' key displayed on the upper left in the list of results, you can return to your selection page. Here you can remove projects from the selection and proceed to step 2.
