How and where can I book?
Please go to the availability grid and fill in your request. Once you filled in all fields we show you the best option(s) and you can select your preference. Follow the next steps and your request is send to our bookings department. It is as easy as that! Of course, if you prefer assistance with this, you can contact us (see contact details in footer)and we are happy to help! When you can not book in the city of your choice please let us know where you want to book an apartment by contacting us. We will try and help you and contact our contacts/partners.
Between what hours can I check in?
Check in is preferably during our opening hours. If you arrive outside these opening hours please let us know so we can assist you with the right information regarding your check in. Check in is guaranteed after 14.00 hrs and check out is before 11.00 hrs. If you require an early or late check in please let us know. We will try our best to help you and provide you with up to date information about the possibilities. We are also able to help you with a taxi that brings you to your property. Just let us know and we will arrange a pleasant and on point check in!
What is the price of an apartment?
When making the booking, depending on your wishes, the best price for you is shown. Including in the price are extra utility costs and use of all facilities in the apartment building. The prices do not include 6% VAT and, when applicable, tourist tax.
How can I pay?
Payment must be done prior to arrival. We accept payment by bank transfer or by credit card.
What is already in the apartment?
We provide everything you need except for your suitcase filled with personal items. The apartments are fully furnished and our kitchens are fully equipped; ready for your stay! Included in the rate: all utilities (gas/water/light), wifi internet, (digital) television, weekly cleaning, weekly linen change, laundry facilities (either in the building or a personal washing machine and/or dryer in the apartment), fully equipped kitchen and both use of the Health club and security (at applicable cities).
Are there parking facilities?
We do provide parking at most of our apartment buildings, but they should be requested prior to arrival and are based upon availability. Please let us know if you need a parking space and we will get in contact with you.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in most of the apartments. Please let us know if you want to bring your pet so we can send you the pet policy for you to sign.
Are there extra services/ facilities available for my apartment?
In some apartments we can place an extra bed. When needed, please let us know. We will provide you with all the details about this service. If you stay with us with your baby we can place a baby bed and a high chair. The baby beds are used for kids up till about 2 years old.
