Corporate Housing Factory, founded in 2013, is one of the largest providers of serviced apartments in the Netherlands and one of the few that exclusively serves business customers. Together with its second brand ServicedApartments.nl, the booking platform for serviced apartments in the Netherlands, the labels are prominent players in the rental of temporary apartments to internationals / business travelers who come to the Netherlands for an assignment or to settle here for a longer period of time. The team now consists of more than 30 employees and is still growing.

Who are we looking for?

With both labels we are currently in the midst of a digital transformation and we are looking hard for an IT tech with organizational skills that can help make this digital reform a bit smoother and ensure that everyone follows the digital course of the organization. Someone who thinks along and above all contributes to the digital strategy to maintain our competitive position and who is demonstrably responsible for securing progress. Are you the link between IT, Marketing and the Sales / Reservations Team? Then this is your chance!

As an online specialist you are involved in delivering various online projects, such as the launch of our new website and the design, implementation and management of distribution channels and online portals.

You are a "hands-on" "spider in the web" and (jointly) responsible for various IT projects that both brands must lift to a higher digital level. You work closely with the various departments and external contacts to bring the projects to a success. In addition to your operational role, you ensure that everyone is aware of progress, monitors progress and advises where necessary. You can see which steps need to be taken to get our company on the online train and to actively contribute to digital progress.
