Check in is preferably during our opening hours. If you arrive outside these opening hours please let us know so we can assist you with the right information regarding your check in. Guaranteed check in and check out hours vary per partner. If you require an early or late check in please let us know. We will try our best to help you and provide you with up to date information about the possibilities. We are also able to help you with a taxi that brings you to your property. Just let us know and we will arrange a pleasant and on point check in!

When making the booking, depending on your wishes, the best price for you is shown. The prices do not include 9% VAT and, when applicable, tourist tax.

Payment must be done prior to arrival. We accept payment by iDEAL, bank transfer or by credit card.

We provide everything you need except for your suitcase filled with personal items. The apartments are fully furnished and our kitchens are fully equipped; ready for your stay! Included in the rate: all utilities (gas/water/electricity), wifi internet, (digital) television, weekly cleaning, weekly linen change, laundry facilities (either in the building or a personal washing machine and/or dryer in the apartment) and both use of the Health club and security (at applicable properties).

We can assist you with rental cars for any amount of time. Our partner - Enterprise Rent-A-Car - is specialized in flexible mobility solutions that match the needs of international travellers, coming to the Netherlands for a temporary stay.

We do provide parking at most of our apartment buildings, but they should be requested prior to arrival and are based upon availability. Please let us know if you need a parking space and we will get in contact with you.

Pets are allowed in most of the apartments (may vary per partner). Please let us know if you want to bring your pet so that we can send the pet policy for you to sign.

In some apartments we can place an extra bed. When needed, please let us know. We will provide you with all the details about this service. If you stay with us with your baby we can place a baby bed and a high chair. The baby beds are used for kids up till about 2 years old.
